That's the only part of the idea that doesn't make sense to me, it would be the other way around, Smith + pick for Monahan.They can also flip Smith at the deadline to a contender for another asset.

I threw it together quickly on Notepad and didn't do it on CapFriendly like I usually do, but you're right I forgot about Brouwer.
They would have to skim a little off the RFA signings then.
