Yeah, it appears to actually have windows into the arena bowl, which I believe would be a first for the NHL.
Years ago, I attended a presentation from one of the engineers who worked on the Olympic Oval and he said that one of their biggest design challenges was finding a way to incorporate windows into the design to allow natural light into the building for the vast majority of the time that it wasn't hosting major sporting events, but to still be able to block off the light during events so it didn't distract the skaters or screw up the lighting for the tv cameras.
Most arenas get around the problem by not having any windows in the seating bowl.
