Yes, but that can't be with a full roster.
Once you add all the other RFA's and depth players to fill out the roster that cap space disappears rather quickly.
Along with Vladar and Zadorov, I added:

Valimaki
Mackey
Gawdin
Phillips
Kinvall
All of them under $1 million cap hit.
