13.65M to sign Zadarov, Dube, Mackey and Valimaki - I'd probably put that at close to 6M in available cap-space assuming you go two years on Vali/Dube in the 1-1.5 range.

Zadarov = $4M'ish
Dube = QO is 840K
Valimaki = QO is $875K
Mackey = QO is $875
