Some of the things that he's done
- He's traded high picks for aging players. Examples the team's first pick in 2019 was #104 (no 1st, 2nd or 3rd). He also didn't have a 1st in 2017.
- He's allowed players to walk for nothing
- The team has two playoff round wins in his time as GM
- Up until this draft the team doesn't have a great prospect base with a rather lack of elite talent (they did a nice job this year)
- The team used their 1st last year for a "off the board pick".
How is this different than BT except that the team is now seemingly admitting and committing to a re-build. But up until this off-season what are people celebrating? Is it just the fact that he's a "rogue GM that plays by his own rules"?
