Coleman also played very well with a stacked Tampa team but he didn't really get much ice time with any of their star players and his numbers are off the charts good.

Top dman played with was McDonagh though
40 out of about 800 mins with Point.
Goodrow was his top linemate.
He also put up 50 point pace with no PP time.
IMO he is not a mooch and his advanced stats are off the charts good and we got him for less years and AAV than Hyman who is injury prone. This is a much better deal
Sure there is risk but 6 years expires when he is 35.5 if the Flames are still playing in June.
Coleman is better than Backlund IMO and Backlund has been a good deal and still isn't killing us and he is 32
