This is such BS. Anyone could have seen this coming. There can be no doubt that the people running the operation fully realized the amount of backlash and came to the conclusion that it was still worth it to make the pick. Not allowing him to this season's training camp is window dressing as they will hope to sneak him in next season and play the game of hoping that the smoke fades over the months, years.
