I am definitely curious. What's Gaudreau's rush in signing? What's the incentive for him to not wait this out to next offseason before determining how he wants to handle things?
I can TOTALLY see the flames looking at the hope and dreams of 2 home playoff games this year, holding onto Gaudreau, and worse case scenario trying to dump him for whatever they can get at the deadline if they are out of the playoffs by at least 7 points (otherwise, they'll add more depth dmen with the hopes to get in, as always).
