I disagree with his assessment of Kylington being on the fence for a QO. His number is low and he isn't likely to be awarded more than his QO in arbitration. I'd be shocked if Kylington isn't qualified, even if it's just to retain his rights for a later trade.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't qualify Kylington just to give him a chance with another organization of his choice. They've done stuff like this before.
