The Flames' QOs will be interesting to see later today. They have a lot of players who are pending RFAs, but none of them have big QOs. Not one has a QO over $900,000 and none of the players who have arbitration rights are likely to get anything backbreaking from the arbitrator.

Ryan Pike gives a rundown of the 14(!) players who will require Qualifying Offers from the Flames by 3:00pm MT, or they will become UFAs on Wednesday (really 13 because Parsons already had to be qualified to meet the expansion draft exposure requirement): https://flamesnation.ca/2021/07/25/b...ifying-offers/

I disagree with his assessment of Kylington being on the fence for a QO. His number is low and he isn't likely to be awarded more than his QO in arbitration. I'd be shocked if Kylington isn't qualified, even if it's just to retain his rights for a later trade.
