Reading through player summaries and looking over highlights of the forwards likely to be available to the Flames, I felt that Coronato was a player that - if you skipped him - was likely to make you look silly for it a few years from now. So I was pleased to see the Flames take him as he has a good chance of filling a big need on the roster.
After that, it was pretty much a bunch of dudes, so I can't gauge anything from the remaining rounds.
If there was a disappointment anywhere for me, it's simply that the draft passed without a significant roster-shaking trade for the Flames. That may yet come, but with the expansion draft and now the regular draft in the past, it seems less and less likely due to fewer moving parts.
