I mean you can say that but there are apparently stupid general managers who still think OEL is good based on who he used to be. It's sort of like Seabrook. Skinner doesn't even have that "well he used to be that good" factor - he was never really a 9M player.

I was looking at their capfriendly page and I realized they have Podkolzin coming over, who you'd have to think they want to put into the top 6 as a RW... so what does this mean? They don't have any faith in their former 1st round RW? Or they're trading Brock Boeser?
