It looks like their qualifier is at least 10 seasons, so yeah Pepper seems likely to be the only one who is retired. Obviously, Backlund still qualifies, but his career isn't over yet.

10 seasons is a pretty hefty career, the average is 5. Eliminates a lot of players.
