I think it’s fair to hope that our GM executes at a high level, like some of the other GMs in the league do. He doesn’t seem to be able to though, and that’s a bummer (see: the complete lack of success and poor prospect pool).
Chicago got a 3rd and a depth defenceman for a broken-down liability with more term left on his deal.
