Personally, I don't think so. Matthew Tkachuk is only 23, yet has had 3 years of high production.
Anaheim, Minnesota and Vegas, with Boston, and the Rangers. Really, none of these terms have any players, that could conceivably be traded, who are better and younger than Tkachuk.
I almost wonder if Friedman thinks Tkachuk isn't on the table at all in terms of Eichel offers.

All the Duck pieces have cheap years associated with them. Tkachuk 9M QO is 1M less than Eichel's long term deal.
Is Buffalo going to be able to build better around Tkachuk?
Is going to Buffalo change Tkachuk's mind about getting to play St. L asap?
