I'm not making excuses for the kid, but it's pretty Wild to me that it's okay to share an unidentified picture but the legal system draws the line at identifying the person .
And he wasn't a rapist. This was 100 percent consensual .

In fact, she was legally an adult and he was technically a minor.
Still just a really dumb thing for him to do and if the consequences rob him of a career, I won't feel sorry for him. If he gets a second chance, I feel like the girl that was hurt by this should have a say in that.
