Well, I figure if you're spending to the cap you'll want to ink your UFAs in the expansion draft. Taking extra players lessens the available cap space you have after the draft to sign said FAs. Then if you have any left then you can round out your depth in FA.
I mean the primary UFA I'm after in this mock I made is dougie. Get Him done and then dance around Hoffman and McCabe . Those two FAs are interchangeable on their respective team lists.
