Yeah, I would be over the moon with Landeskog on the Flames, but I was thinking $7.5 million on a long term deal, or between $8 and $8.5 million on a shorter term deal. Good for him if he gets more from another team. I think he is quite possibly the best mix of physical play and offence out of any winger in the league, so it’s quite possible a team pays what he is asking. Is Strickland pretty reliable?

I am also wondering how many of those teams have that kind of cap space to dedicate to one player.
