My biggest concern is what is their plan for when Gio leaves either through expansion or a year or two down the road? As far as I can see it seems to be relying on Gio at 38 not having his game drop anymore than it has. Even if valamaki makes huge strides he is more than a season away from being a top pairing dman . Not much in the system when it comes to top pairing dmen either. I guess Hanifin is young and could take more steps forward but not sure that is a solid plan.
