Kylington has next to no value and the cap hit will not be a concern for a team that is probably not overly worried about exceeding the cap in year one. What Seattle can get is Giordano, who they can probably move for more than a 3rd round pick. Not sure why Francis would take an inferior offer from the Flames so he could get Kylington.
