You know well LTIR was not designed for players to get paid when the value of their contracts drop below the value they feel they are worth being compensated for to play. You are being purposely obtuse in this thread as you are in the other one where you are said I was lazy to call the North Division the worst in hockey but you won't commit to saying what division you think was better.
