I am oiler level bad with a chisel, and the screws for the new deadbolt won't fit through the existing screw holes... Any way to make it work?

I bought that exact same Ultraloq deadbolt and ran into the same issue. What I did was re-use the cylinder of the old deadbolt. I think I had to shave some metal off of the Ultraloq pin with a dremel so that it would fit through the other cylinder, but after doing that it's worked great
