I guess people can say it if they really want to.
Even if it's not entirely true.
There is a big difference between the way that fight ended and the way the last one did, which was a legitimate finish of Conor vs. a doctor stoppage due to a guys leg/ankle breaking from his own weight.
That's more my point, and I'm pretty sure winning like that didn't satisfy Poirier. He can't say "I legitimately finished that guy again. NEXT."
That's all I'm saying.
