Complicated, I know. But it takes a little risk out of the trade for both teams and it makes the salary work. Plus we’ve seen Treliving do complicated conditions on trades before (lucic/Neil trade).
If monahan is finally healthy and has a bounce-back year, it could be a great pickup for Nashville especially if they need a center once duchene is taken by the kraken (which is rumoured at the moment). Forsberg is unhappy with the moves the team has made so he may want out.
What are everyone’s thoughts? Am I way off? Too much? Too little? Too complicated? It’s a hockey trade at its core and I think it would count as a way to mix up the core of the team (along with possibly losing giordano). Plus if gives the flames another right-handed shot in the top six… something it could definitely use.

I doubt Monny gets traded ( especially for a player with more value), unless he has proven himself healthy.
Plus, who would be setting up Monny in Nashville?
