Thoughts from first set of Felix / Zverev...
1. Felix just doesn't have a tight enough game to go on deep runs. It's sort of like Denis with consistency except that Denis has a lot of ebbs and flows within a match; Felix is just sort of scattershot from start to finish. Until he can get it together, his service games are just too vulnerable and he's always on the defensive trying to avoid being broken, which totally undermines the aggressive, physical style he should be playing.
2. They really, really need to stop cutting the grass so short. Tons of players are slipping all over the place, especially when it's a bit wet. Why do this? Whose decision was this? Fire them immediately.
3. This has always bugged me... if you're serving, and you keep dumping your big first serve into the net, maybe take something off of it and just get a couple in? Maybe this is impossible just because of how dialed in peoples' serve motions are, they have to try to hit it the same every time, but it's just so frustrating to watch. It's like watching an NBA player miss five three pointers in a row... just get in the paint, dude, it's not falling.
