No cheese was retained. Happy to pick up Gourde. Lazar had been a waiver claim last year, but at 66 OVR is definitely a good depth player. I had too many 4th liners who definitely would have gotten picked up if waived.
I had originally traded pick #10 for pick #12 + pick #50. So the overall transaction basically works out to be #10 + Lazar for #12 + Gourde. Happy to cement my top 6.
