Not sure if "demographics" is the right term. There are roughly 20,000 registered users of CP, of which 3,649 people post more or less regularly, which is approx. 18% of the total. Of those actively posting, about 30-40 posters actively and consistently participate in all off-topic threads related to political and social issues. This is 0.2% of the total forum population. Vocal and loud - yes, but not representative of anything statistically significant, really.
