It makes no sense that fans of this team want to hand out big money long term deals for players who average .5ppg and will be over 30 for 80% of the contract. All we heard this year on this forum is how the Flames do not have enough high end talent so it makes no sense to me we would spend valuable cap space on another middle 6 player.
