That's because CrossIron actually has stuff you want to buy from big names and luxury outlets. The big name tenants, polished stores, and stable experience drive attraction to the mall.

They sold New Horizons Mall to a bunch of exploited newcomers to Canada who are selling no-name and marked up products that anybody can order online from Amazon and Aliexpress.
