Yes, he is making a clearance but he still has to be in control. Imagine, when the ball comes to you and is knee high or waist high, you can't just hack it and claim you got the ball first regardless of where other players are. Danielson is running to the ball which is about knee high. He has to stretch to clear it and in doing so endangers Besyedin. If you watch it in real-time you'll see how fast it happens.
If Danielson was a step quicker, he could just trap the ball or shield the ball and Besyedin would run into him and foul him. But Danielson made the decision to stretch and raise his boot (which in itself is dangerous play) to thump the ball away and he's responsible for where he lands.
