Will Montreal be a "top" team next year? Maybe, maybe not. I will say this though that if they get to the playoffs and are relatively healthy, then they could easily do what they are doing once again.
not sure why people can continue to discount how playing defense first can be just as effective as any other way to play the game. Especially when everyone is pulling in the same direction like the Islanders and Habs have been.
The Bolts are able to do both and thats why they should be winning this thing again.

I'm not sure they even make the playoffs next season...bubble team IMO. They had a nice run...they were also a post away from losing in game 5 of round one. A lot of things have bounced their way lately but I think it's midnight.
