True but I believe the NHL likely gives teams a ton of leeway, as evidenced here, as to what “healthy” means. Healthy enough to play at 50%? 80%? 100%?
I’d say virtually every nhl player is pretty much never 100%, so while they may be allowed to hold him out to get fully recovered, we all know they were stretching the spirit of the rule and, as such, are giant pieces of ####.
