The elephant in the room. The biggest most consistent leadership gap in any team's history.. Mark Giordano.
He might be a great follower, but is not a leader that produces results. Flames cast him in a wrong role and have left him there to suffer along with whole organization. 8 years and he has never shaken hands after winning a playoff series. Never once as a captain triggered a "Yeah Baby" or even been on the ice for one his entire career.

This is so obvious that it is hard to ignore.
