If you're a team struggling to attract a top free agent, why would you want a guy who appears to be the least engaged player in the league? He's already on a max so his likelihood of going into "Operation: Shutdown" if he gets dealt to Sacramento is basically 99.99%. The contract thing is everything, he's owed more than $147 million over the next four years. For a guy who literally passes up layups that's a pretty outrageous contract to want on your team. Outside of the McCollum change of scenery trade I can't see anyone offering anything of value for him. His contract almost demands the Sixers add in any trade, except they will owe a 15% trade kicker. In the end unless they simply want to dump him just to have him off the roster there's a decent chance he's still a Sixer next year.
