Looks like a good one, I forgot to check Lee Valley. I ended up ordering this one:

Which is the same as the Grainger one I linked earlier, but cheaper. So many of these are available at all sorts of places, just re-branded. For that location though, the one I picked is the best orientation. When the one out front needs replacing, this Lee Valley one looks like a great option.
