Coaching matters. Pay for a quality coach the first time so you don't end up paying for 2 or 3 coaches along with a quality one years down the road.

If you believe Eric Francis (I don’t blame anyone who doesn’t) Sutter came back to Calgary on a very discounted rate. Basically he really wanted the job
