The Wild were a better defensive team than Montreal in 2021, plus they were tied with TB for goals scored in the regular season, putting them 8th.
Vegas and Colorado were 1 and 3 in goals for and 1 and 3 in goals against. Montreal hasn’t seen anything like them.
