You won't see that level of selling out to the LCD in European Football, or bikini-clad caddies in the PGA, or in things like the CPO... so why does NHL hockey need the spectacle? Or are we really a society with ADD?

Not sure if Hockey in Canada need the "wacky stuff" but I do know my kids love the in between period items, they love the wacky stuff on the Jumbo Tron and they LOVE Harvey.

As for the Smooch Camera....heck I like it.... I always find it funny when they show two Oilers fans.....

If it was a vote I would vote to keep it in.
