I had a Goodman GSX 16 2.5T unit installed about a month ago for $4000. Only installed on the 2nd floor furnace, which is set to 22C. Didn't install a unit on the main/basement furnace but the main floor stays between 22 to 22.5 depending on time of day (we are east facing). Basement is always 19 it seems. Action furnace did the install.
