Something died in my ac tonight. It was working fine until about 7 tonight and around 8:30 I walked past one of the vents and noticed there was no air. I thought it was a bit strange as it seemed rather warm inside. I went outside and the AC unit fan was going. I went down to the basement to check out the furnace and there is a clicking noise coming from the furnace. The fan won't turn on for the furnace. I noticed a bit of water (from condensation) at the bottom of the furnace. I've shut things off for now and I'm hoping to try it again in 30 minutes to see if anything changes. Anyone know what might be wrong? I can survive tonight and it is cooling off starting tomorrow so at least that is a plus.
