But do you know the budget for this would have gone directly into any of these things? Do you know they aren't doing these things strictly because they don't have the budget, or could it be because they just don't really care to?

I don't think it's fair to say that everything should have an obvious and immediate impact on everyone's lives. I personally wouldn't care about your stop sign, it won't impact my life, so we shouldn't do it... right?

And maybe this speed limit change prevents something bad, I don't know, it might. Just like your stop sign might. Who cares?
