They both seem to have great IQ and amazing skating. Both seem likely to be later picks due to the "russian" factor.

I made the comment in my U-18 write-up that I liked Chibrikov more than Lysell. Both have a pretty similar skillset, in that they both have game-breaking speed and IQ (though I would give a slight edge to Lysell), but Chibrikov is much more hard-nosed, meaner, and more physical. The downside to Chibrikov is that he doesn’t pay enough attention to the defensive side of the game, whereas Lysell is a good 200ft player. That part of the game can be taught. In the U-18s, Chibrikov had 13pts to Lysell’s 9, albeit playing on a much more dominant offensive team, but Chibrikov looked to be more of a facilitator than Lysell. I still think Chibrikov goes in the 20-32 range in the draft.
The big negative about Kisakov is his size-he has a long way to go to bulk up and get stronger, but he still could go in the second.
