Looks like they are counting everyone, even kids. That's a bit unfair. And people, especially poorer communities still need to get the first dose. Let's see what the final numbers are. I think this is more of an access issue than political issues. You can see Blacks and Latinos are very low. I don't think the number of outright crazy anti vaxxers is high.
