Umm Garbage out garbage in, and putting Bear who is underwhelming and just a bad decision maker with Nurse is like throwing a lit stick of dynamite in a tub of gas.
Speed won't work if the Jets keep plugging the neutral zone, and Ehlers is a huge return for the Jets.
