Nesterov and Simon. Most easily replaceable.
I get why people are choosing Monahan, but I still think he is an important part of the team. As bad of a season that he had, he isn't easily replaced. I think if he bounces back, the Flames will be a much better team. If not, they will struggle and unfortunately I don't think the return for Monahan will help much. It would be selling at the low point.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.
