Sure, but that doesn't make it any less absurd. You must drink at one of the designated picnic tables. You can't just use lawn chairs, or a picnic blanket, or sit on the grass like a normal person, they have to add some ridiculous hoop to jump to, some condition that exists only as a façade that there's some semblance of effort and thought behind it.

cringe-worthy. At this point I'm not sure who I can even vote for, it's bad enough we're in a ward that has virtually nothing in common with our community without being presented with this roster of morons.
