Low hanging fruit, but probably Derek Ryan. He does lots of little things well, but he struggles with the other team's size and doesn't add much energy as an "energy-line" guy.
He is also blocking the way of guys like Zary, Ruzicka, and Gawdin. I want to see the kids play and make some mistakes without fearing to lose their spot in the lineup.
