Not trading Brodie before he walked for free hurt us too but it’s hard to justify trading him at the time I suppose.

I thought the new guys would contribute more than they did. Especially Leivo. I still think Nordstrom has a whole bunch of tools.
The two mistakes you note are the ones I note as well. and they contribbute to having to rely on Levo making $850K and Simon at $700K instead of, say, Hathaway at $2M etc.
I don't think Treliving is trying to blame others though. He says "it starts with me". Saying he brought in the wrong guys.
