Of course he does. Sutter moved out Commodore, Lydman, and Montador after the Cup run, and brought in Hamrlik, Hulse, and Marchment. Unless a d-man is a big star like Phaneuf or Doughty, Sutter will always favour the guy with 6+ seasons in the NHL under his belt.
