Just imagine how bad this would have been for the Oilers if the Jets had two of their best players in the lineup. This year the Oilers have had tonnes of horse shoes up their butts, I expected that to continue last night with Ehlers and Dubois out.
Nope, instead the Jets gave them a firm punch in the face, played a diciplined game, had a good forecheck, while the Connor had some nice rushes, the jets really shut them down.
Its more difficult in game two, McDavid and Draisaitl do tend to have big bounce back games. But the Oilers have to win 4 out of 6 games, the Jets 3 out of 6 games. Which one is more likely.
